| Rocky Mountain National Park
When we first entered the park we were under mostly cloudy skies. The further we went into the mountains the cloudier it got. It made it mystical and magical driving into the clouds and not seeing the surroundings. We drove on Fall River Road, which opens in July and I'd never seen before. Andrew had never been in the Rocky Mountain National Park before this day. We drove up to Alpine, getting out of our car occasionally to investigate areas. When we got up to the top it was thick with clouds. Coming back down from the visitor center and headed back to Estes park, we finally saw the snow-capped mountains. The clouds parted briefly and rays of light shown down. Such a blessed sight!!!!! The chipmunks were funny. One almost climbed up into my lap at one point.
